New Display at 10 Speed Coffee Roastery & Dirty Fingers Bikes

At the corner of State Street and 13th in Hood River is a lovely place to enjoy fresh roasted coffee and a delicious sandwich, while getting your bike tuned up for your next ride.

10 Speed Coffee Roasters produces small batches of premium roasted coffee at this location. You can find owner Bryan McGeeney here most mornings, making fresh brewed beverages behind the counter or roasting the next batch of beans. On a sunny day, the patio is great and the open atmosphere inside is refreshing.

Although Dirty Fingers is an entirely separate business, the two companies share the building in an open and inviting way. Stroll over to Dirty Fingers to check out the great gear, get your bike repaired, or simply have a beer and plan your next ride!

New Display at La Magie Bakery

I installed a new display at La Magie Bakery in downtown Bend today. This place is dangerous… in the best way. Wow! What amazing pastries they make! Everything is made fresh daily and this is a little slice of heaven for all of us who adore fresh sweet treats and bread. Stop in for an espresso and a croissant…or whatever you crave.

New display at Cafe Sintra

Cafe Sintra in Bend is the newest addition to the PoCard display network. This is one of my favorite places for breakfast! I love both the atmosphere and the food. Owner Manuel dos Santos has created a lively, yet relaxed cafe complete with his own large photos of his every day scenes from his native Portugal. Stop by for a great meal and check out the latest PoCards too!

New PoCard for Wet Planet Whitewater

Wet Planet Whitewater offers exciting and professional rafting trips on the world-class White Salmon River in Husum, Washington. Located just 10 minutes from Hood River, in a beautiful river valley, Wet Planet is in an ideal location for river fun. Rafting the White Salmon is one of my favorite summer activities and always an unforgettable experience! The cards will be in Gorge area PoCard displays at the end of May. Grab one and get out to Wet Planet for an amazing raft trip on the White Salmon River!

New PoCard for Red Hand Adventures

Black Ship Publishing has a stunning new PoCard featuring their Red Hand Adventures series of books. I read the book Rebels of the Kasbah in 24 hours. I couldn’t put it down! What a riveting adventure story! The book was written for readers ages 9 through 14, but at any age, this book entertains. It will be awesome to see where the rest of the series leads these characters. Pick up this PoCard in both the Gorge and Bend area displays the first week of May!

New PoCard for Pfriem Family Brewers

Pfriem Family Brewers is one of my very favorite places in Hood River for both fabulous food and excellent brews. They have such great quality and selection on both their menu and in the draft selection. With a distinct Belgian influence and expression in the beers they offer, Pfriem has already built a solid reputation for their own unique style. The dishes they serve highlight the food itself, with a tasty European flair. Stop by the brewery on Portway Avenue in Hood River and enjoy an outstanding meal and beer soon!

New PoCard for Maryhill Museum of Art

Maryhill Museum of Art opens March 15th and will be open until November 15th. If you have not been to Maryhill Museum or you have not visited for a while, this is the perfect year to visit. A newly completed wing of the museum has added significant display space to this wonderfully historic property. The collections, gardens, and setting are stunning. Look for the Maryhill Museum PoCard in Gorge area displays in March. Take the PoCard to the museum for $2 off admission!

New PoCard for Meadowrock Alpacas

How cute are alpacas? I love these animals. Meadowrock Alpacas is located in the beautiful Trout Lake Valley, with an amazing view of Mt. Adams. Take a quick and scenic drive to Trout Lake, visit their Alpaca Annex store to shop for one-of-a-kind treasures and visit the alpacas while you are there!

New Display at Caldera Grille

Caldera Grille is a cozy local’s place for good food & drink in downtown Bend. Caldera is open nearly 24 hours, offering excellent specials, breakfast, sliders and a weekday ‘Happy Hour’ from 4pm to 7pm. Grab some lunch and check out the new PoCard display at the front door!
